Q: HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY CHARGE FOR ONLINE SHOP ORDERS?

A: Delivery charge varies depending the distance and location of your store in the Philippines. Metro Manila will be around P 150.00 (pesos) thru GRAB or LALAMOVE. Outside Metro Manila like Cebu, Davao, Bacolod can be higher. We will call you on this. We will book the delivery and you can pay upon arrival of the WAV device on your store.

Q: CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

A: Yes, cancellations can be accommodated as long as orders have not been shipped out.

Q: HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

A: We will be sending a tracking link to your email or mobile phone. Where you will be able to see the progress of your shipment.

Q: HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PURCHASES TO BE DELIVERED?

A: The delivery time (business day) will depend on your location:

METRO MANILA – Within 2 days

LUZON – Within (3-4) business days

VISMIN – Within (3-4) business days

Q: DO YOU DELIVER OVERSEAS?

A: YES. We can.

Q: HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDERS WILL ARRIVE?

A: Our courier will communicate with you through call or SMS upon arrival at your address.

Q: WHAT DO I NEED TO PRESENT TO THE COURIER?

A: Please present Photocopy of your valid ID (must contain photo) and Proof of payment (screenshot of payment confirmation)

Q: CAN I GET SOMEONE ELSE TO RECEIVE MY PURCHASES?

A: Yes, the authorized person must present an authorization letter, your valid ID and his/her valid ID.

Q: DO I RECEIVE AN OFFICIAL RECEIPT FOR MY ORDER?

A: Yes, the authorized person must present an authorization letter, your valid ID and his/her valid ID.

Q: I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY ORDER DESPITE THE STATED DELIVERY TIME. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

A: Our customer care is available for you office hours, they will take care of you and make sure you will recieve your device.
